WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Domestic Orders: Once your order is processed, we ship from Texas, your choice of standard (3-6 days) or priority mail (1-3 days) at checkout.
International orders: Your international shipping options will be at checkout.
We ship from Texas, United States.
CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE COUPON?
Our system only allows for you to use one coupon per order.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We are so sorry! We replace all damaged items that have been cared for per our care instructions up to 90 days after the delivery confirmation date. Please send us an email with pictures so we can get the process started for you!
MY PACKAGE GOT LOST IN THE MAIL
Oh no. We’ve been there, too.
The USPS is typically pretty good about on-time delivery, but mistakes happen! If your package hasn't arrived within 48 hours, call your local post office first (not the 800 number) and they will help you track it. We do not refund or pay for reshipping costs for international packages.
If your package is lost in the mail for 10 days or more, we will replace the package, but you must let us know within 15 days. Otherwise, we will not be able to replace your package.
We cannot replace packages due to the incorrect address, so please make sure your address is correct at checkout.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Because all of our items are hand-packed, we only allow cancellations up to 12 hours after your order is placed. If your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel your order. We are not able to offer exceptions to this policy.
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
We currently do not accept exchanges, due to tracking issues. If you need a different style, color, or size, please return your original order for a gift card and place a new order.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS
We know that buying online can be difficult, so, we offer exchanges of unworn/unwashed apparel––so long as long as the size or color is still in stock, within 15 days from the delivery confirmation date.

1) Store Credit
Is it the wrong color, style or size? Let us know, and we will send you a store credit for the products you purchased (shipping costs are nonrefundable). We will also send you a free return shipping label. Once we receive your unworn/unwashed shirt(s), we will send you your store credit. The deadline to request store credit is 15 days from the delivery confirmation date.
There is a maximum of 2 exchanges with store credit per order.
Can’t find something that will work? We will refund payment method for the item(s) minus the cost of return shipping. We will also send you a return shipping label. Once we receive your unworn/unwashed shirt(s), we will send you your refund. The deadline to request a refund is 15 days from the delivery confirmation date.

HOW DO I CARE FOR THESE T-SHIRTS?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors, remove immediately. Tumble dry medium, cool iron if needed (do not iron at the design). Do not dry clean.
